Korantemaa Larbi is licensed architect in New York with over 15 years of experience. Having studied and worked in her home country Ghana and in the United States, she approaches each project with a strong respect for place and culture.
Korantemaa holds a double masters in Architecture from Syracuse University’s School of Architecture, New York, and KNUST’s Department of Architecture, Ghana. Following her graduate program in Syracuse, she has practiced in Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects, FXCollaborative and TenBerke Architects, all award-winning firms. Her expertise ranges from institutional, residential and commercial projects to interiors and product design.
Our practice is born out of legacy. Named for our founder’s father, Samuel Opare Larbi, a pioneering modernist architect of Ghana from the late 60s, SOL+ (S-O-L-Plus) Architecture is a synergy of the past and present whilst pointing to the future, with the (+) sign indicating a new generation
